摘要
提出了微波加热常压挥发富集褐煤锗精矿中锗的方法,试验考察了挥发温度、挥发时间、料层厚度、精矿粒度对锗挥发率的影响,得出低品位褐煤锗精矿挥发富集锗的最佳工艺条件:挥发温度1 200℃、挥发时间150 min、料层厚度10 mm、精矿粒度-200目超过97.36%,在此条件下锗的挥发率为62.78%~74.50%,挥发产物锗含量在8.02%~28.46%,富集比达到17.0~21.7倍。
This paper presented a method which can gather germanium from low grade germanium concentrate with atmospheric evaporation and microwave heating. The influence of 4 factors including volatilization temperature and time, material thickness and concentrate particle size on germanium volatilization was tested. As a result, the opti- mum condition was: the volatilization temperature is 1 200 ~C , time is 150 minutes, the thickness is 10 mm and the concentrate particle size is more than 97.36% pass - 200 mesh. On this condition, the germanium volatilization rate reached 62.78% - 74.5% , the content of germanium in the volatile products was 8.02% ~ 28.46% and the enrichment ratio reached more than 17 times.
