摘要
横梁是龙门加工中心机械结构中关键的部件,其静动态特性直接影响龙门加工中心的性能以及加工质量。分析了龙门加工中心结构的特点,运用有限元分析法对横梁结构静动态特性进行了分析,根据分析结果,优化改进设计了该龙门加工中心横梁结构,以能进一步提高其加工质量。
The beam is a key component of longmen processing center in mechanical structure,the static and dynamic characteristics directly affect the performance of machining center and processing quality in longmen.Analysis of the characteristics of gantry machining center structure,using finite element analysis method of beam structure static and dynamic characteristics are analyzed,according to the results of the analysis,optimization to improve the design of the gantry machining center beam structure,to further improve the process quality.
