摘要
为了分析加工过程中误差对调节片质量的影响,基于调节片设计和工艺要求,以关键特征为载体,提出了分析和预测调节片误差的方法和流程。在定义误差源的基础上,确定了静态误差源与尺寸偏差的关系,建立了误差模型。在此基础上,定义了调节片关键特征,并分析了关键特征随工序的变化过程。采用旋转平移等变换方法,在UG中实现了调节片尺寸偏差的定量预测。最后,给出了尺寸偏差分析与预测的流程,对零件加工过程中质量控制具有指导意义。
To analyze the influence of error sources on the key features of divergent-flap,the method and process which can analyze and predict divergent flap's deviation was proposed using key features,basing on the design and process requirements of divergent flap. After defining error sources,the relationship between quasi-static error sources and dimensional deviation was determined and the error model was built. After this,the divergent flap's key features were determined and the transformation of key features with process was analyzed. Based on the method of rotation and translation in UG,the dimensional deviation of key feature was predicted quantificationally.Finally,this paper gives the dimensional deviation's analysis and prediction process,which can guide the quality control during part manufacturing process.
