新时期社会转型面临新形势,作为新时代共青团"大军"一员,加强共青团干部队伍建设,认真履行共青团附属工作具有重要意义。文章在此背景下,从人力资源管理角度出发,从如何做好共青团干部队伍建设工作的问题入手,对抓好共青团干部队伍建设工作进行了分析,并就具体解决策略做相关论述。
