摘要
在我国各级政府的大力支持、各大高校的引导以及用人单位的合作下,在全国范围内建立了一些校外实习基地,为高校毕业生提供了各类实习见习岗位。为此,笔者从探究校外实习基地建设现状入手,分析以就业为导向,对校外实习基地加强管理的主要原因及其具体措施,为我国高校人才培养提供参考资料。
In our country,under all levels of government support,the guidance of major universities and employers,a number of outside school practice base have been set up for college graduates to provide all kinds of internship internship. To this end,the author explores the current situation of practice base construction,analyzes the employment as the guidance,to strengthen the management of the school practice base and the main reasons for the specific measures,to provide reference for the training of college personnel in China.
