摘要
目的分析优质护理服务对普外科护理质量的影响。方法随机选择医院普外科收治的194例患者,分为实验组和对照组,每组97例,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施优质护理,对比两组护理不良事件发生率及护理质量评分。结果实施优质护理之后,实验组护理不良事件发生率低于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外科护理中通过优质护理服务的应用,可提升护理质量,减少护理不良事件发生率。
Objective To analyze the impact of high quality nursing service in general surgery of nursing quality. Methods Selected general hospital treated 194 cases of patients,divided into the experimental group and the control group,97 cases in each group,control group for routine nursing,the experimental group implement high quality nursing care,compared two groups of nursing incidence of adverse events and nursing quality score. Results The implementation of quality care, experimental group had lower incidence of adverse events than the control group,experimental group nursing care quality score was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the application of the high quality nursing service in general surgery nursing,can significantly improve the nursing quality,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
