摘要
目的本文主要探讨手术室进行风险管理的措施。方法我院在2013年12月-2015年12月共收治12 632例手术患者,其中骨科手术1 655例,从中选取100例作为此次研究对象,将100例手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理和手术室风险管理,观察比较两组患者的护理满意度和护理纠纷发生率。结果观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组患者,护理纠纷发生率低于对照组患者,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论本次研究结果表明,手术室存在较大的护理风险,实施护理风险管理措施有助于降低护理风险发生率,提高患者的满意度,促进和谐的护患关系。
Objective This article mainly discusses the main measures of risk management in the operating room. Methods Our hospital in December 2013 to December 2015 were treated 12 632 cases of surgical patients, including 1 655 cases of orthopedic surgery,selected 100 cases as the research object. 100 surgical patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,were given routine nursing and risk management in the operating room,then compared two groups of patients the incidence of nursing satisfaction and nursing disputes. Results The observation group of patients and nursing satisfaction of patients was obviously higher than that of control group,the incidence of nursing disputes was significantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The study results show that the operating room has a greater risk of nursing care. Nursing risk management measures will help decrease the incidence of nursing risk,improve patients＇ satisfaction,promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
