摘要
目的探讨彩超诊断妇产科急腹症临床应用效果。方法对50例妇产科急腹症患者均给予阴道彩超、腹部彩超联合检查,将其彩超检查结果与病理诊断结果进行对比后得出结论。结果 50例妇产科急腹症患者经彩超检出率与病理诊断符合率分别为100.00%、100.00%,83.33%、94.74%,二者对比结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对妇产科急腹症患者给予阴道彩超、腹部彩超联合检查正确率较高,有利于患者获得及时救治,提高其临床疗效,保障其生活质量及生命安全。
Objective Discussion on ultrasound in diagnosis of acute abdomen in gynecology and obstetrics of clinical effect. Methods 50 cases of acute abdomen in gynecology and obstetrics patients were treated with transvaginal ultrasound,abdominal ultrasound joint inspection. The ultrasound examination results and pathological diagnosis results were compared and concluded. Results 50 cases of patients of ultrasound examination rate and pathological diagnosis rate was 100.00%,100.00%,83.33%,94.74%,no significant difference between the two groups of results（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Obstetric and gynecological acute abdomen were treated with transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound have higher inspection accuracy,help patients got timely treatment to improve its clinical efficacy,and to protect their lives and safety.
