摘要
目的探讨螺内酯联合异维A酸软胶囊用于中重度痤疮的疗效。方法选取我院2014年9月-2015年10月中重度痤疮患者共112例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗4周、8周后,观察组的总有效率均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应发生率对比,组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论异维A酸软胶囊联合螺内酯治疗中重度痤疮,能够提高临床治疗效果,不良反应少,具有较高的安全性。
Objective To discuss Spironolactone combined Isotretinoin Soft Capsules in the curative effect for moderately severe acne. Methods Selected from September 2014 to October 2015,a total of 112 patients with moderately severe acne,randomly divided into observation group and control group,observed two groups of treatment effect. Results After 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of observation group were higher than the control group. There was a significant different between these two groups（P〈0.05）. Incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups,the comparison between groups have no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Spironolactone combined with Isotretinoin Soft Capsules in treatment of moderately severe acne,can improve the clinical curative effect.
