摘要
目的对比分析腹腔镜与开腹手术对肝硬化继发性脾功能亢进脾切除的临床效果。方法选取我院2013-2014年收治的肝硬化继发性脾功能亢进患者50例,随机分成两组,每组25例。对A组患者予以腹腔镜手术治疗,对B组患者予以开腹手术治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果对两组患者予以不同的方法治疗。
Objective Comparative analysis of laparoscopic and open surgery of hepatic cirrhosis complicated with hypersplenism spleen resection of clinical effect. Methods Selection of our hospital in 2013 to 2014 admitted 50 cases of patients,were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group. To laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients in group A,open surgery for the treatment of group B patients, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were ananlyzed. Results Be different methods in the treatment of patients in the two groups,patients in group A＇liver function index were significantly less than the reference group,and there was a significant difference compared with two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients of hepatic cirrhosis complicated with hypersplenism using laparoscopic surgery,can achieve the expected clinical effect.
