摘要
目的分析折顶回旋手法复位治疗老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折的治疗效果。方法诊断为桡骨远端伸直型骨折的老年患者210例,随机分为两组,折顶回旋手法复位组105例,采用折顶回旋手法复位小夹板外固定。传统组105例,使用牵抖的复位方式复位,然后采用夹板外固定。结果折顶回旋复位组优良率96.2%,传统组优良率90.5%。折顶回旋复位组治疗效果优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论折顶手法复位治疗老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折经济、简单方便,疗效可靠。
Objective Folding and convoluting manipulation for the treatment of straight type of distal radius fracture. Observed treatment effect. Methods Diagnosed with straight type distal radius fracture of elderly patients with 210 cases,randomly divided into two groups.Folding and convoluting manipulation group 105 cases. The traditional group of 105 examples. Results The Folding and convoluting manipulation group was 96.2%,the traditional group was 90.5%. Folding and convoluting manipulation effect was superior to the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionFolding and convoluting manipulation for the treatment of straight type of distal radius fracture was simple, convenient and reliable.
