摘要
胜利油田十分重视节能减排工作,肩负起大型国有企业应负的社会责任。油田针对节能减排工作中存在的问题,提出了实现从"单兵作战"到"联合出击",做到整体优化系统节能,推行合同能源管理,实现节能管理创新,抓好能耗源头管控,实现从走"治理"老路到抓"源头"新路转变,推行"四化"建设实现智能油田,借助信息化促进节能降耗等新理念和新举措。实践证明,这些措施见效显著。
