摘要
通过电流密度的变化研究了电镀锌铁合金中镀层铁含量和电流效率的变化规律;并对锌铁合金的沉积机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明:本文所选用的电镀工艺能够在黄铜基体上沉积铁含量在0.3wt%以下的锌铁合金。并结合电流效率找到了锌铁合金沉积的最佳电流密度范围。
The change rules of current efficiency and the amount of Fe in electroplating Zn-Fe coating were studied through the change of current density. The electroplating deposition mechanisms of Zn-Fe alloy were discussed. The results show that the electroplating process utilized in this research can obtain Zn-Fe alloy with less than 0.3% Fe on the brass matrix; and the best current density range for Zn-Fe alloy electroplating considering the current efficiency is found.
