摘要
对含有裂纹的SM490钢试样,在拉伸断裂过程中使用变形-断裂测量装置和红外-温度测量装置对整个过程进行监测。通过夹位移、COD、裂纹尖端的温度变化和红外热像图分析了材料的性能与裂纹塑性变形和断裂时的力学特征。结果表明:轧制方向对含裂纹SM490钢的力学性能影响很小,在裂纹扩展中应力集中和滑移线对塑性热的产生与分布有较大影响。
The deformation-fracture measuring device and infrared-temperature measuring device were used to monitor tensile fracture process for SM490 specimen with cracks. The clip displacement, COD, temperatures of crack tip and infrared thermography were used to analyze the properties of the material and the mechanics characteristic of crack plastic deformation and fracture. The results show that: the effect of rolling direction on the mechanical properties of SM490 steel containing the crack is small. The stress concentration in the crack propagation and slip lines have great influences on the plastic heat generation and distribution.
