摘要
为了确诊导致山羊患病的病原微生物,从采集的山羊鼻拭子样品中分离到1株细菌,分别对该菌进行形态学观察、动物回归试验、16S rDNA基因序列测定及药敏试验。16S rDNA基因序列结果与犊牛摩拉菌的同源性为99%。回归致病性试验结果显示,分离菌株对健康山羊具有一定的致病性,但无致死性,将其命名为犊牛摩拉菌-1。药敏试验结果显示,该菌对阿奇霉素、氯霉素、氟苯尼考等多种药物敏感。本试验为深入研究犊牛摩拉菌的致病机制及相关产品的开发提供了一定的数据支持。
In order to determine the pathogenic bacteria of the sick goat,one bacterium was isolated from nasal cavity of sick goat and identified as Moraxella bovoculi by morphological observation,biochemical tests and bacteria 16 S rDNA gene sequencing, drug sensitivity test and pathogenicity test,respetively.The isolated strain was 99% homology with M.bovoculi by Blast analysis and a had pathogenicity to goats but no fatal, it was named as M.bovoculi-1. Drug sensitivity test results showed that the isolated strain was sensitive to all antimicrobial agents which were used in this study.The study would facilitate the further study on M.bovoculi pathogenic mechanism and provide certain data support for the development of related products.
