摘要
对比不同制备方法制备的布洛芬固体分散体的溶出行为,优选制备方法。采用溶剂分散法、熔融法和喷雾干燥法制备布洛芬固体分散体,将3种方法制得的布洛芬固体分散体与布洛芬原料、布洛芬物理混合物进行溶出行为对比研究。3种方法制备的布洛芬固体分散体溶出行为均较好,其中以溶剂法最优,显著地提高了布洛芬的溶出速度,其溶出行为明显优于原料及物理混合物。
To compare the dissolution behavior of Ibuprofen solid dispersion prepared by different preparation methods, and select the optimal preparation method. Ibuprofen solid dispersion was prepared by solvent dispersion method, melting method and spray drying method and compared the dissolution behavior to Ibuprofen and Ibuprofen physical mixture. Three methods for the preparation of Ibuprofen showed good dissolution behavior, and solvent method was the best, significantly improved the dissolution rate of Ibuprofen. The dissolution rate of Ibuprofen solid dispersion was significantly better than Ibuprofen and physical mixture
