摘要
以煤矿四种不同覆岩结构在渗流作用下的开采为研讨对象,运用数值有限元软件ADINA模拟分析不同覆岩岩性及其组合时采空区上覆岩层的沉降规律和地表变形规律。结果显示:开采完成时各覆岩结构的地表均形成了完全对称的下沉盆地和反对称水平移动曲线,开切眼和工作面正上方拐点处的下沉值均为最大下沉值的一半,从边界到拐点处曲线的斜率逐渐增大,从拐点到中心点曲线的斜率逐渐变小;最大位移值因上覆岩性的不同而有所不同,地表的最大沉降值为3.80 m,最小沉降值为2.34m;底板的底鼓量相差不大,最大值和最小值仅相差0.17 mm。研究结果对其他煤矿工作面的矿压分布规律研究提供参考依据,同时也为煤矿的安全高效开采提供一定的借鉴意义。
Four different overburden structures mining under the action of seepage were analyzed in this paper,the finite element software ADINA was adopted to simulate the sedimentation of different lithology of overlying strata and the deformation law of surface. The results showed that when mining is completed,the surface of overlying strata structure became a completely symmetrical subsidence basin and anti-symmetric horizontal movement curve,the sinking value of open-off cut and the working face above the inflection point was as half of the maximum subsidence,the curve slope from the boundary to the inflection point increased gradually,the curve slope from the inflection point to the center point decreased accordingly. The maximum displacement varied due to overlying lithology.The surface maximum settlement value was 3. 80 m,the minimum settlement value was 2. 34 m. The floor heave has little difference,the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value was only 0. 17 mm. The results could provide guidance for the study of the distribution law of mine pressure in the working surface of the coal mine and the safe and efficient mining.
