摘要
目的:观察翼状胬肉切除联合自体干细胞移植术后使用角膜绷带镜的疗效。方法:将实施翼状胬肉切除联合自体干细胞移植术64例患者(70眼)随机分为两组。术后使用角膜绷带镜组(A组,实验组),术后使用绷带加压包扎组(B组,对照组),每组各35眼。术后随访1年,统计分析两种处理方式的角膜上皮修复速度及术后复发率。结果 A组疼痛评分更低,角膜上皮修复速度更快,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后复发率A组为5.7%,B组为8.5%,复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉切除联合自体干细胞移植术后使用角膜绷带镜能明显缩短角膜上皮的修复时间,角膜绷带镜的使用对术后复发率无明显影响,安全方便,大大降低了胬肉术后患者的痛苦。
Objective： to observe the pterygium excision with autologous stem cell transplantation using the curative effect of corneal contact lens.Methods： the implementation of pterygium excision with autologous stem cell transplantation, 64 patients（70 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups. Postoperative corneal bandage lens group（group A, the experimental group） and postoperative use of bandage compression bandage group（group B, the control group）, each group of 35 eyes. Postoperative follow-up of 1 year, statistical analysis of two kinds of treatment of corneal epithelium repair rate and postoperative recurrence rate.Results： group A lower pain scores, corneal epithelium repair faster and differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Two groups of postoperative recurrence rate in group A was 5.7%, B group was 8.5%, there was no statistically significant difference recurrence rate（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： pterygium excision with autologous stem cell transplantation with corneal bandage can obviously reduce the repair time of corneal epithelium, corneal contact lens had no obvious effect on postoperative recurrence rate, safe and convenient, greatly reduces the useful postoperative pain of patients.
