摘要
针对自动挡车辆冷起动后暖机过程中排放污染物高的问题,本文通过对车辆的冷起动工况、怠速制动工况及起步加速工况进行研究,制定了发动机暖机识别策略判断车辆冷起动工况;制定怠速制动工况空挡控制策略降低怠速排放;制定起步加速工况一挡保持策略增加进气量及喷油量,加快催化器起燃。应用该策略在转毂试验台上进行车辆排放测试。测试结果表明:催化器起燃速度加快,车辆冷起动后暖机过程中排放污染物明显降低。
To solve the problem of high emission in coldstart process of auto-transmission vehicle,the vehicle coldstart condition,idle braking and starting acceleration conditions were investigated.Then,a engine warm up recognition strategy to judge the vehicle coldstart,and a neural control strategy to reduce idle emission were proposed.Also the strategy to keep first gear in coldstart to increase the air intake and fuel injection was proposed to accelerate the catalytic ignition.This method was tested in emission laboratory.Results show that the catalyst can accelerate the light-off,and the emission in coldstart process is significantly reduced.
