摘要
结合辽宁省内某输水工程模筑钢纤维混凝土配合比设计的研究,在试验室内采用螺纹型及超细型两种不同的钢纤维及钢纤维9种不同的体积率分别拌制混凝土进行试验,实测了混凝土的抗压、抗拉及抗折性能,分析得到了不同的钢纤维及不同钢纤维体积率与混凝土力学性能的关系,通过对比分析得到了经济合理的钢纤维体积率来指导施工。
Combined with the design study of mix proportion of moulded steel fiber concrete of a water-conveyance engineering in Liaoning province, the paper tests the compressive strength, the tensile strength and the rupture strength of the concrete with the screw-thread and the ultrafine steel fiber and the nine different volume fractions for the steel fiber in laboratory. The paper analyzes the relationship between the concrete mechanical property with the different steel fiber and the different volume fraction of steel fiber, and then finds the economic and reasonable volume fraction of steel fiber by the comparative analysis to guide the construction.
