摘要 超深地下连续墙施工存在较大技术难度,以天津滨海新区某深基坑工程为例,针对其超深地下连续墙施工中的关键技术进行分析,从成槽机械的选择、成槽工艺、护壁泥浆配比及施工质量控制和墙段接头等方面进行探讨,可供在软土地区大厚度砂层和软土互层中的超深地连墙施工提供参考。 There are many technical difficulties in construction of super-deep underground continuous wall. A deep foundation pit project of Tianjin Binhai New District was taken as an example to analyze the key techniques in construction of super-deep underground continuous wall. Discussion was made on the aspects of selection of trenching machine, trenching process, slurry mixing proportion of retaining wall, construction quality control and wall joint, etc., providing references for construction of super-deep underground continuous wall in deep sand stratum and alternative soft and hard stratum of soft ground area.
