摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对突发性耳聋患者的影响。方法选取本院2012年9月~2014年9月收治的突发性耳聋患者96例,将其分为干预组和对照组,各48例。对照组实施一般常规护理,干预组在对照组常规护理的基础上采取综合护理干预,比较两组患者治疗一个疗程后突发性耳聋的疗效。结果干预组临床治疗效果优于对照组,即治疗一个疗程后干预组患者的听力及耳鸣症状改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预能提高突发性耳聋患者的疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To discnss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with sndden deafness. Methods To select the 96 cases of patients with sudden dealhess in our hospital from.2012 September to 2014 September, which were divided into intervention group and control group, each of 48 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, the intelwcrtion group adopted comprehensive nursing intervention in the control group based on the routine nursing, a course of treatment after treatment iu two groups, compare two groups of curative effect of the patients with sudden deafness. Result The intervention gruup therapeutic ettect of experimental gruup was superior to control group, after a course of treatment of experimental. Symptoms of hearing and tinnitus groups were significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the curative in patients with sudden deafness, worthy of clinical promotion.
