摘要
江苏的生态文明建设面临着特定的背景,譬如经济发展与资源损害之间的矛盾比较突出、现有的产业结构与经济发展之间关联性较强等。由此,我们在推进生态文明与美丽江苏建设的过程中,除了要在思想上更加深刻地认识生态文明建设的重大意义之外,还必须准确地找到有效推进江苏生态文明建设的具体路径。我们要更加坚定地把深化改革和创新驱动作为推进生态文明建设的基本动力,要更加坚定地推动产业结构的生态化转型,要更加明确地把增强生态产品生产能力作为重要的事情来抓。
The construction of ecological civilization in Jiangsu is confronted with a specific background, such as aprominent contradiction between economic development and resource damage and a strong correlation between theexisting industrial structure and economic development. Therefore, in the process of promoting ecological civiliza-tion and constructing beautiful Jiangsu, we should not only have a deeper ideological understanding of the signifi-cance of the construction of ecological civilization, but also accurately find the specific path to effectively promoteits construction in Jiangsu. We should unswervingly take the deepening of reform and innovation as the basic driv-ing force to promote the construction of ecological civilization, strongly promote the transformation of the ecologicalindustrial structure, and give top priority to enhancing the ecological production capacity.
