摘要
针对传统无刷直流电机(BLDCM)直接转矩控制系统在磁链控制方面效果不佳、无弱磁功能、需磁链观测器的缺点,提出了间接磁链控制法,使磁链控制效果显著、无需磁链观测器、具有弱磁功能,并在此基础上深入分析了系统在弱磁运行阶段应满足的限制条件,确保了系统的可靠性。同时,在电磁转矩方面,通过数学分析推导出一种更简单的转矩计算方法,使整个系统结构大为简化。仿真和实验验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
In view of the traditional brushless direct current motor(BLDCM) direct torque control system in flux control link,the flux linkage given difficulties,flux linkage amplitude adjustment is not beautiful,a new kind of indirect flux linkage control method is put forward which can make flux linkage amplitude control effectively.At the same time,the traditional coordinate transform matrix is simplified by using some mathematical methods,and the computational complexity of the control is reduced.On this basis,combined with proper vector choose method for direct torque control,simulation and experiment verify the method feasibility and effectiveness.
