摘要
由于再生砖骨料的特殊性以及多孔混凝土的多孔性,再生砖骨料多孔混凝土的结构和破坏特征与普通混凝土有很较不同。再生砖骨料多孔混凝土应用于工程时,既要保证有较高孔隙率,又要保证其作为护坡结构组成部分的力学强度,为了对该混凝土的结构性能进行分析,设计了控制变量试验,研究骨料粒径、水灰比、目标空隙率对力学性能和透水性的影响,同时设计了正交试验研究上述因素对多孔混凝土性能的影响大小,并得出目标孔隙率对抗压强度和有效孔隙率都有显著影响。分析混凝土抗压强度、实测孔隙率及透水性三者的关系,以三者的平衡点为目标,确定高强度,合理透水性,适于植物生长的最佳配合比。
Due to the special nature of renewable brick aggregates and porosity of porous concrete, the characteristics of recycled brick aggregate porous concrete are very different from ordinary concrete. The aggregate size, water - cement ratio, the target porosity and oth- er factors have a great impact on the concrete strength and porosity.When the concrete is used in construction,it is necessary to ensure that the concrete has high porosity, but also to ensure the mechanical strength of the part as revetment structure. In order to analyze the macroscopical properties of vegetation - type regenerate brick concrete, the control variable tests are designed to study the impact of ag- gregate size, water- cement ratio and design porosity on the mechanical properties and water permeability.In the same time orthogonal experiments are designed to study how the above performance factors to affect porous concrete's properties.And it results that target po- rosity have a significant impact on compressive strength and effective porosity.The relationship of the concrete compressive strength, the efficacious porosity and the permeable coefficient is analyzed, and aiming at the balance of the three, the the best mixing proportion of high strength ,reasonable water permeability and suitable for plant growth is determined.
