摘要
本文研究了不同体系中铬黑T(EBT)指示液的抗氧化能力.从溶解性、稳定性、吸光性、螯合性四个方面进行实验,找到了针对铬黑T的乙醇-盐酸羟胺、乙醇-甲醛和乙醇-维生素C三种稳定体系,提出了抗氧化机理;用于镁离子标准溶液滴定和配位显色,终点颜色变色敏锐,平行测定结果好,精密度高;螯合物摩尔吸光系数大于1.50×104L/(mol·cm),满足光分析要求.
This paper is to study the ability of the oxidation resistance of indicating liquid of Chromium Black T in different systems. This experiment has been done selectively in four aspects of solubihty, stability, ab- sorbance and chelating, finding out three kinds of stable systems of Ethanol - hydroxylamine hydrochlo- ride, Ethanol - formaldehyde and Ethanol - vitamin C for Chromium black T, putting forward the mecha- nism of the oxidation resistance; The standard solution of Magnesium ions is used for titration and color coordination, which leads to sharply discolorating of the end color and leads to good results of parallel de- termination as well as high precision. The light absorption coefficient of Moore for chelate is more than 1.50× 104 L/(mol · cm), to meet the needs of analyzing light.
