摘要
十八大以来中国足球改革发展力度加大。《体育与科学》杂志适时组织"足球改革与社会变革"学术工作坊,笔者在这里对工作坊诸位学者的主要观点进行评论性回应,旨在为中国足球改革发展建言献策。主要论点:足球改革是社会变革的缩影,具有引领示范作用;中国足球积弱是一种现代性断裂的结果;校园足球发展应注重统一性、本土性与校本化相结合;中国足协的组织化再造目标是大幅提高组织效能、社会适应性和创新能力,实现改革承诺并不容易;足球经济在城市发展战略中的作用,应更多地关注文化经济的成长性目标和足球俱乐部的地方认同问题,不能模糊国家人口、足球人口和注册球员人数的区别。
The magazine ＂Sports and Science＂organized an academic workshop to study ＂football reform and social change＂. Then,this paper responded to major perspectives from scholars of the workshop and tried to offer advice and suggestions for China’s football development. Its major standpoint is that football reform,as an epitome of social change,plays an role of guidance and demonstration. The accumulated declining tendency of China’s football is the result of modern fracture. The advancement of campus football should attach more importance to uniformity and the integration of local features. The organizational restructuring goal of Chinese Football Association lies in raising organizational effects,social adaptability and creativity. It is not easy to fulfill the promise of reform. The role of football economy in city development strategy shall attach more emphasis on growing objectives of cultural economy and issues concerning local awareness of football clubs. Differences among national population,people playing football and registered football players cannot be neglected.
