摘要
辅导员的"双重角色"即"高校事务管理者"和"学生思想政治教育工作者"决定了其在建构和谐师生关系、创造和谐校园中的桥梁作用。辅导员做人与做事过程中形成的人格精神必将是学生的表率和模范。这种为人师表的人格魅力不仅可以使得师生关系由"疏离"走向"亲近",而且还会在师生平等交流互动过程中对学生自我品格的形成起到促进作用。
The college students＇ counselors behave as the ＂dual role＂. One is ＂the University Affairs Managers＂,and the other is ＂the students＇ ideological and political education workers＂. Because of their special roles,counselors can act as bridge function in building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students to create a harmonious campus. Counselors have formed the personality spirit in the life and work of their experience. As counselors often stay with college students,so they often set examples for the students. The teachers＇ personality charm can not only make the relationship between teachers and students from ＂alienation＂to ＂close＂,but also promote the formation of students＇ personality in the equal communication and interaction between teachers and students.
