摘要
全民族抗战时期,为提高根据地军民的文化水平,动员民众积极抗日,中国共产党在沂蒙抗日根据地领导人民开展了丰富多彩而又成效显著的文化建设运动,比如成立战时文化建设领导机关、大力发展教育事业、创建新闻报刊等等。这些文化建设瓦解了敌顽势力的反动宣传、打碎了敌人的奴化政策,对于整个山东区的抗战产生了深远影响,为抗战胜利及以后中国革命事业的发展赢得了广泛的群众基础。它所开创的许多模式和典型做法也成为当时许多根据地争相学习的范本。
During the national Anti-Japanese war, in order to improve the literacy of soldiers and civilians, and mobilize the people to be active in the Anti-Japanese War, the Communist Party of China lead people to carry out colorful and fruitful cultural construction in Yimeng Anti-Japanese base, such as to establish the leading bodies of wartime cultural construction,vigorously develop education, create the press and so on. The cultural construction of the collapse of the Diwan forces of the reactionary propaganda, broke the enemy＇s policy of enslavement, it has had a profound impact on the whole Shandong District,and has won a broad mass base for the victory of the war of resistance against Japan and the development of the cause of China ＇s revolution. Many of the patterns and models it had created also became a model for many competing learning bases at the time
