摘要
新媒体时代,气象信息传播面临新的挑战。当前,公共政策对新媒体气象信息传播的引导不力,气象信息传播的规范性有待加强,传播技术比较滞后。新媒体时代气象信息传播公共政策的制定有以下六个重点:注重政府引导,明确新媒体气象信息传播的公共政策导向;吸引社会参与,促进新媒体气象信息传播的产业化发展;鼓励技术创新,提高新媒体气象信息传播的能力和水平;严把专业标准,提高社会化新媒体的气象信息传播质量;鼓励媒体融合,实现新媒体传播能力和效率的最大化;强化管理职能,明确新媒体气象信息传播的监管制度。
This paper reviews the new challenges of meteorological information communication in new media era. Currently,due to the poor guidance of the public policy on the new media dissemination of meteorological information,the standard of meteorological information dissemination needs to be strengthened for the dissemination technology lags behind. Public policy of meteorological information dissemination in the new media era has the following six priorities: focusing on government guidance,clearing public policy-oriented information dissemination of new media; attracting social participation to promote the industrial development of meteorological information dissemination of new media; encouraging technological innovation to improve the capacity and level of new media meteorological information dissemination; sticking to professional standards to improve the quality of meteorological information dissemination of new media; encouraging media convergence to maximize the capacity and efficiency of new media; strengthen management functions,specifically regulatory system of meteorological information dissemination in new media.
