摘要
采用盐酸、硝酸溶解样品,选择Cu 217.894 nm(454)的光谱线作为铜的分析线,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定耐候钢中铜含量的方法。采用在标准溶液中补加基体溶液绘制校准曲线来消除基体干扰。结果表明,采用Cu 217.894 nm(454)作分析线时线性回归方程为y=4706.7x-0.5367,线性相关系数大于0.9995,方法检出限为0.0012μg/m L。方法应用于耐候钢中铜的测定,本方法与原子吸收光谱法测定值一致,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于1.0%,加标回收率为96%~106%。
The sample is dissolved by hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, The spectrum line of Cu217. 894nm (454) is selected as the analysis line of copper, the determination method of copper content in weathering resistant steel by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is established. The matrix solution is added to the standard solution in order to drawing the calibration curve, so that the matrix disturbance can be removed. The results show, the linear regression equation is y =4706. 7x -0. 5367 when Cu217. 894nm (454) as the analysis line, the linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0. 9995, 0. 0012μg/mL. This method applied to the determination on copper in weathering resistant steel, the result is accordance with the measured value of atomic absorption spectrometry, the relative standard deviation (RSD) are all smaller than 1.0% , the adding standard recovery rate is 96% - 106%.
