摘要 交流电源进行稳态性能测试时,通常采用电阻及整流桥等搭建非线性负载,但存在参数调节不便、自动化程度低等缺点。设计了一种负载参数可以灵活调节的非线性电子负载。通过分析国标GB/T7260.3-2003规定的基准非线性负载的电压和电流关系,提出了一种生成非线性负载目标电流的数值算法。采用数字滞环电流控制技术,使电子负载对被测试电源呈现出设定的非线性阻抗特性,并通过脉宽调制方法实现了等效输出功率的调节。搭建了基于STM32F103控制器的1.5 k VA实验样机,实验结果验证了方案的可行性与正确性。 Resistance and rectifier bridge are often used to build nonlinear load for the steady performance test of AC power supply, but this method has the drawbacks of inconvenience of parameters adjustment and low lever automation. Therefore, a nonlinear electronic load with good flexibility is designed. In this paper a reference current numerical algorithm is proposed by analyzing the voltage and current relations of the reference nonlinear load specified in the national standard GB / T7260. 3- 2003. The electronic load working as the desired nonlinear load to the power supply is realized by digital hysteresis current control, and the equivalent output power can be adjusted by pulse width modulation method. A 1. 5 k VA prototype based on STM32F103 controller is set up.The feasibility and correctness of the proposed scheme is verified by experimental results.
