摘要
目的对滋脾通络汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床效果进行观察与探讨.方法：对2013年6月-2015年6月我院治疗的200例早期糖尿病肾病患者进行相关研究,按照随机数字法分为两组,每组100例,对对照组患者进行常规治疗,对研究组患者进行常规治疗加滋脾通络汤治疗,分析两组患者的效果.结果：研究组患者的治疗总有效率（92.00%）与对照组（61.00%）相比,P〈0.05,组间差异明显.结论：对早期糖尿病肾病患者实施常规治疗的基础上增加使用滋脾通络汤治疗的效果较好.
Objective to zi spleen t2dm soup treatment of early diabetic nephropathy clinical effects were observed and discussed. Methods： in June 2013 to June 2015 treated in our hospital during the period of 200 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients in clinical studies, divided into two groups according to random number method, 100 cases in each group, and routine treatment in patients with control group, routine treatment plus zi spleen in patients with team know luo decoction, analysis the effect of two groups of patients. Results： the treatment of patients with team total effective rate （92.00%） patients （61.00%） compared with control group, P 〈 0.05, significant difference between the groups.Conclusion：in patients with early diabetic nephropathy implementation on the basis of conventional treatment increased use of zi spleen t2dm soup treatment effect is better.
