摘要
目的探讨ER、PR、Ki-67、VEGF组织表达与乳腺癌患者生存质量的相关性.方法：选择2010年2月至2015年12月来我院就诊的乳腺癌患者120例,均给予新辅助化疗治疗,同时检测所有患者ER、PR、Ki-67和VEGF组织表达程度,比较上述阴性患者与阳性患者治疗前后生活质量评分差异,并计算相关系数R,进行相关性分析.结果：乳腺癌ER、PR、ki67、VEGF阳性表达患者治疗后生存质量评分均明显低于阴性患者,分别经t检验比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.同时针对ER、PR、ki67、VEGF表达与乳腺癌治疗后生存质量进行相关性分析,相关系数均为0〉r≥-1,差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：ER、PR、Ki-67、VEGF组织表达与乳腺癌患者生存质量呈负相关,表达水平高患者其生存质量较差.
Object Investigate the relationship between PR, Ki-67, VEGF, ER and the quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Method： From February 2010 to December 2015, 120 cases of breast cancer accepting treatment in our hospital were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The expression of ER, PR, Ki-67 and VEGF were detected in all patients at the same time. Compare the difference of the quality of life between the negative and positive patients, calculate the correlation coefficient R and get the correlation analysis .Result： The positive expression of ER, PR, Ki67, VEGF in patients with breast cancer were significantly lower than those in the negative patients. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, respectively, by t test. At the same time for the expression of ER, PR, Ki67, VEGF and breast cancer survival quality correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient was 0〉r≥-1,The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The expression of PR, Ki-67, ER and VEGF were negatively correlated with the quality of life in patients with breast cancer, and the quality of life in patients with high expression level was poor.
