摘要
目的寻找中心静脉置管病人常见问题及改进方法.方法：采用设计调查问卷及访谈的形式,对医院的重症医学科病人常见问题进行记录、归纳、总结.结果：中心静脉置管病人常出现中心静脉管脱落、移位、血管周围感染等,以及出现菌血症.结论：提高认识、加强培训、提高患者及工作人员安全意识.
Objectiveto find center venipuncture patients common problems and improvement methods. Methods：takes the form of design the questionnaire and interviews, the usual problems in critically ill medicine hospital patient records, conclude and summarize. The center venipuncture patients often appear around central vein tube falls off, shift, blood vessels, infections, etc., and bacteremia. Conclusion：raise awareness, strengthen training, improve patient and staff safety awareness.
