摘要
目的提高护士静脉穿刺技术,避免反复穿刺减少患者痛苦,为护理优质服务奠定基础.方法：成立QCC小组,选定主题,对烧伤患者静脉穿刺成功率低的原因进行分析、制定方案,实施改进措施及效果评价.结果：因外界压力导致经脉案例失效原因由20%降至17%;因技术水平原因导致穿刺的18例降至6例;因患者配合度导致静脉穿刺失败的15例降至8例.结论：开展品管圈活动可有效提高烧伤科护士的静脉穿刺水平和与患者的沟通协调能力.
Abjective to improve the nurse venipuncture technology, avoid repeated puncture reduce patient pain, lay a foundation for nursing quality service.Methods： the establishment of QCC team, selected topic, reasons for the low success rate of vein puncture in patients with burn were analyzed, make plan, implementation of improvement measures and effect assessment.Results： the meridians cases caused by outside pressure failure reasons from 20% to 17%; Due to technical level causes stinging 18 cases dropped to 6 cases; By matching degree of the failure of vein puncture on 15 patients with drop to 8 cases.Conclusion： to carry out quality control circle activities can effectively improve the venipuncture of acute nurse and patient communication and coordination ability.
