摘要
目的研究将GM和1-3-β-D葡聚糖抗原检测应用于IFD(侵袭性真菌感染)诊断中的临床价值.方法:抽取我院2014年9月~2015年8月住院的疑似IFD病人120例,按照诊断标准核实病人的诊断情况,进行GM试验和G试验后对比两组试验单独进行和联合使用的诊断特异度及敏感度.结果:G试验应用效果:临界值为20 pg/mL时,G试验可达到52.27%的灵敏度,90.79%的特异度;GM试验应用效果:临界值为0.5时,GM试验可达到68.18%的灵敏度,81.58%的特异度;两组试验联合使用的诊断效果:可达到93.18%的灵敏度,77.63%的特异度,联合使用的诊断效果明显优于任-种单-试验.结论:G 试验和GM 试验对IFD均有较好的诊断价值,如果将两种试验联合应用,则会使之临床应用价值更高.
Objective to study the GM and 1-3 - beta glucan D antigen detection is applied to IFD (invasive fungal infection) in the diagnosis of clinical value. Method: extract from September 2014 to August 2015, 120 cases of suspected IFD in hospital patients, according to the diagnostic criteria to verify the patient's diagnosis, GM after experiment and G compared two groups of test with independently from the combination of diagnostic and sensitivity. Results: G test application effect of the critical value of 20 pg/mL, G test can reach 52.27%, the sensitivity of the 90.79% of the specific degree; GM test application effect: when the critical value of 0.5, the sensitivity of GM test can achieve 68.18%, 81.58% of the specific degree; Combination of two groups of test used in the diagnosis of effect: the sensitivity of 93.18%, 77.63% of the specific degree, combination of diagnosis effect is superior to any single test. Conclusion: G experiment and GM of IFD has the better diagnostic value, if the two kinds of test joint application, will make a higher clinical value.
