围产期早产儿脑病危险因素研究进展 被引量:7

Research progress of perinatal risk factors of premature encephalopathy

摘要 随着早产儿存活率的提高,围产医学技术水平提高,早产儿脑病受到广泛关注,产期各项与早产儿脑损伤相关因素亦逐步被人们所熟知,大家所熟知的宫内感染、炎症反应综合征导致早产儿脑病的作用机制逐步被发现,而孕母精神状态、经济状况、营养状况,患儿表观遗传学改变等因素也成为众人研究的新热点。笔者拟就围产期早产儿脑病相关危险因素及可能作用机制作以下综述。 With the improvement of premature infant survival and medical technology level,premature encephalopathy receives extensive attention,perinatal various factors associated with premature brain injury are also gradually known by people,known as the intrauterine infection,the mechanism of action of inflammatory response syndrome causes premature encephalopathy was found gradually,and mental status of motherhood,economic status,nutrition,epigenetics change factors such as the children have become a new hotspot in the research of the crowd.The authors aimed at perinatal infants encephalopathy associated risk factors,and summarized the possible mechanism of action.
