摘要
光动力治疗是一种有前景的治疗肿瘤的方法,光敏剂注入肿瘤患者体内很快富集于肿瘤组织,采用特定波长可见光照射肿瘤组织,光敏剂会产生致死性细胞毒剂,杀死肿瘤细胞,引起肿瘤组织的微血管完全封闭,营养枯竭,进而肿瘤组织坏死。近年来多种肿瘤的光动力治疗体现出良好的临床疗效,并取得了很大的进步。随着新型光敏剂及光源的开发应用,PDT将会成为治疗多种肿瘤更加切实可行的方法。由于空腔脏器的解剖学特点,光动力治疗在该类肿瘤的治疗中具有独特的优势。光动力正逐渐整合到空腔脏器肿瘤的治疗中,以提高治疗效果,现就空腔脏器的光动力治疗做一综述。
Photodynamic therapy( PDT) is a kind of promising new cancer treatment. The photosensitizer will be soon enriched in tumor tissue when it is injected into the patients. While the tumor tissue is irradiated with light of a specific wavelength,it can produce lethal cytotoxic agents and inactivate tumor cells,and in the meantime completely close the tumor microvessels depleting nutritional supply,then lead to tumor necrosis. The application of photodynamic treatment of tumor in recent years has made encouraging progress,and it has satisfactory clinical effect for the various tumor. It is considered that PDT will be a more effective method in the treatment of various tumor with the development of photosensitive drug and light source. Because of the anatomical features of hollow viscera,PDT has unique advantages in the treatment of hollow viscera tumor. Photodynamic therapy is gradually integrated into the treatment of hollow viscera tumor to improve the therapeutic efficacy. We discussed the foregoing progress above.
