摘要 通过核磁共振磷谱(^(31)P NMR)对香豆素-3-二异丙基膦酸酯合成的反应过程进行跟踪,讨论了香豆素与亚磷酸二异丙酯在AgNO_3催化下的反应机理,并对反应条件进行了优化,对该反应的区域选择性位点进行了分析. Synthesis of diisopropyl coumarin-3-phosphate was tracked by ^31P NMR, and the reaction mechanism was discussed using the materials of coumarin and diisopropyl H-phosphite and AgNO3 as the catalyst.
