摘要
仓式正压氧气呼吸器在大运动量时其低压系统中会出现负压状态,通过研究其结构及有关参数,分析出其出现负压的原因是自动补气量小、气囊有效容积小及正压弹簧不能有效施压,并据此提出了加大自动补气阀补气孔径、调高自动补气阀开启压力、改变自动补气阀结构使其即开即达到最大过气量、加大自动排气开启位置与自动补气开启位置之间的距离等针对性的改进和完善措施,以保证仓式正压氧气呼吸器在大运动量工作时其低压系统始终保持正压状态。
The low pressure system of chamber type positive pressure oxygen respirator will appear in a negative pressure state in the large amount of exercise,through the research of the structure and related parameters, its reason is the automatic air supply volume is small, the effective volume of the air bag is small and positive pressure spring can not effectively pressure, and improvement and meas- ures were put forward,such as the increase in automatic air compensating valve aperture,improving automatic air compensating valve o- pening pressure, changing the structure of the automatic air compensating valve to make it that reached its maximum of breath ,increas- ing the distance between exhaust opening position and automatic air compensating opening position ,to ensure the low pressure system of chamber type positive pressure oxygen respirator in large amount of exercise always maintain a positive pressure state.
