底板巷掩护工作面回采最优位置的数值模拟

摘要 为了解决底板巷掩护工作面回采过程中和开采后底板巷变形、破损严重,无法为下区段工作面继续使用的问题,利用3DEC模拟软件,通过对底板巷内错和外错工作面分别进行模拟和分析,根据不同岩柱和平距条件下数值模拟结果,得出了底板巷内错工作面时岩柱为15 m、平距为9 m情况下底板巷破坏程度显著减弱,经适量维护可继续使用结论,以及底板巷外错工作面时岩柱为8 m、平距大于12 m情况下破损较小和平距大于20 m时底板巷受上区段工作面采动影响较小的结论。同时结合义安煤矿近几年底板巷实际应用情况,印证了模拟结果的正确性。 To solve the problems of floor roadway deformation during and after mining on shield working face,3DEC simulation software was used to simulate and analyse the outward staggered layout and internal staggered layout of floor roadway. According to the results of numerical simulation in the conditions of different rock pillars and horizontal distances, it was proposed that, the damage extent of the floor roadways' internal staggered layout was significantly reduced when the rock pillar is 15 m and the horizontal distance is 9 m,and the floor roadway can continue to use by appropriate maintenance. The damage extent of the floor roadways' outward staggered layout was small when the rock pillar is 8 m and the horizontal distance is larger than 12 m. The effect of mining on floor roadway was little when the horizontal distance is larger than 20 m. Meanwhile,the practical application of floor roadway in Yi'an Coal Mine in recent years has confirmed the correctness of the simulation results.
