摘要
针对特钢生产企业订单多、批量小的特点,从坯、材的有效库存管理模式入手,通过完善制度,强化生产计划管理,规范日常数据统计,优化小炉号坯料、订单量和产量的匹配。梳理小订单客户群,优化订单组合,利用信息化的手段分析统计无效库存,实现库存的合理性和有效性,实现了坯材的快速周转,降低物流成本。
It is introduced the optimization of blank and steels stock management system for special steel business: based on the characteristics of business: many orders and patch small, beginning from the effective stock management model, improving system, strengthening production plan management, standardizing daily data statistics, optimizing the matching between small batch blank, order amount and output, carding small order customers group, optimizing order combination, analyzing and counting invalid stock with ways of informatization, realizing rationality and effectiveness of stock, realizing the fast circulation of blank and steels, reducing the logistics cost.
