摘要
针对承钢120 t方坯连铸机切后出坯辊道的YVGCLb160型齿轮减速机经常出现齿轮根切、断齿的故障,对齿轮进行失效分析和强度计算,更改了齿轮的材质、确定了变位齿轮的所有尺寸与强度数据,并据此做了改进。改进后的齿轮减速机消除了根切、断齿的故障,满足了生产和设备的使用要求。
To solve the problem of YVGCLb160 gear reducer of cutting - rear billet - exit roll table of 120 t billet caster of Chengsteel： gear root cutting down and gear broken, the failure analysis and strength calculation are done for the gear, exchanged the material of gear, determined all size and strength data of shift gear, and made some improvement. The defects of gear reducer are eliminated after improved.
