埋藏式心脏复律除颤器植入患者的围术期护理 被引量：2

摘要 心脏性猝死（sudden cardiac death,SCD）是现代医学所面临的一个重要课题,在发达国家中是最常见、最凶险的死因,只有2%～15%得到医院救治,恶性室性心律失常是导致患者发生心脏性猝死的主要原因,埋藏式自动心脏复律除颤器（implant able card iorerterdefi-billator ICD）可通过连续监测患者心率变化,当出现室性心动过速、心室颤动被确认时,自动发出脉冲刺激心脏或实施电转复心律，恢复正常心跳。现将我院2011年8月至2014年12月植入ICD治疗的18例患者的围术期护理报告如下。
