摘要
混凝土骨料料源为浑然黑云母花岗闪长岩,物理力学试验成果表明,干抗压强度73.5~101 MPa,湿抗压强度60.0~86.1 MPa。系统布置从技术经济的角度进行了充分论证,设备的选型配置充分考虑了浑然黑云母花岗闪长岩的特性,破碎筛分工艺采用3段破碎、3级筛分工艺,流程砂采用立轴式冲击破碎机制砂工艺。文章主要结合系统工艺设计,对系统设计中的关键技术进行分析与总结。
The raw material of aggregate is the integrated biotite granodiorite. The tests of the physical mechanics proves that its dry compressive strength is 73. 5 ~ 101 MPa and its wet compressive strength is 60. 0 ~ 86. 1 MPa. The system arrangement is fully demonstrated in terms of technology and economy. Features of the raw materials are considered while equipment is selected. Therefore,three- level crushing and three- level sieving are applied. Sand is processed by the vertical- shaft impact crusher. In the paper,the key technology of the system design is analyzed and summarized in combination of the technical design of the system.
