摘要 通过分析燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组余热锅炉的运行情况,找出存在的问题并提出改造措施。通过安装烟气阻隔板对烟气缝隙进行密封以及改善保温条件,改造后余热锅炉的出力和效率均达到设计要求,取得了良好的经济效益;此外,此次成功的改造将为后续余热锅炉的设计和改造提供参考依据。 Through the analysis of the operation of the combined cycle heat recovery steam generator, the existing problems were found out and the renovation measures for solution of the problems were put forward. The gas aisles were sealed by installing the gas baffle plate and the insulation conditions were improved. After these renovations, the output and efficiency of the heat recovery steam generator have reached the design requirements and the good economic benefits were obtained. In addition, the successful renovations will provide the reference basis for design and renovation of the follow-up heat recovery steam generator.
