摘要
为了更加高效安全的使用电池,本文针对电动汽车核心部分动力电池做了相关测试。通过搭建电池测试实验平台,选取锂离子电池进行了充电电流与电池电压及温升关系测试、电池开路电压和电池荷电状态及温升关系测试、电池老化实验测试等测试实验。记录并整理实验数据,总结得出不同测试情况下电池的工作规律。通过分析数据和图表,了解电池工作情况下相关参数变化情况及影响因子。对估算电池状态和延长电池的使用寿命提供了数据支持。
In order to use the battery efficiently, this paper does some relevant tests aiming at the power battery unit core of electric vehicle. The lithium-ion battery is chosen as the subject, by building battery test experimental platform, it mainly includes charging current and battery voltage and temperature relationship test, the battery open -circuit voltage and the battery state of charge and temperature relationship test, aging test and so on. With analyzing the experimental data and chats, the battery's working rules of different environment can be summarized. It will be easy to know the variety of the parameters when the battery is working, which can provide enough data support to estimate the battery status and extend battery life.
