摘要
通过对单体电池和串联电池组基本概念、内部基本性质、公式定义、电池一致性评价指标影响因素等多方面的分析,论证电压均衡方案的不合理性,提出容量均衡方案并给出实现方法。再从均衡方案无法根本上解决电池组不一致性问题的角度,给出改进意见,并赋予容量均衡策略新的灵魂,即其本质目的不再是电池组趋于一致性而是电池组最大可用容量最大化,使成组后的电池包容量利用率最大程度提高。
Through a series of analysis of battery cell and series battery pack, such as basic concept, internal basic characteristics, formula definition, influencing factors of consistency evaluation index and so on, the article demonstrates the irrationality of voltage balancing solution, proposes capacity balancing scheme and gives the realization method. Then from the point of view that balancing solution can't solve the problem of battery pack's consistency fundamentally, improvements are presented and new souls are added to capacity balancing strategy. Its essential purpose is no longer a battery tend to consistency but maximization of battery pack's maximum available capacity. It can improve battery pack's capacity utilization to the greatest extent.
