摘要
采用超声A扫描成像技术检测柔性防水材料的厚度。从A超测厚仪的原理、组成和实验结果阐述该仪器的测量过程。与传统检测技术的对比实验表明超声A扫描成像技术在柔性防水材料厚度测量时更具有普适性、无损性。
This paper introduces a kind of A-Mode ultrasound scanning imaging technology in the applica- tion of flexible waterproof material thickness measuring. The thickness measurement system used the technology of single channel probe, PC, software work interface based on the MFC, and USB serial data transmission technology that follows RS232 communication protocol. The paper also discusses the meas- urement process from composition ~ principle of A-Mode ultrasound thickness gauge, and experiment re- sult analysis. The experimental results show that A-Mode ultrasound scanning imaging technology is more universal, non-destructive, advanced than traditional methods measuring the flexible waterproof material thickness.
